Among the things on our hotel restaurant menu that none of our team ordered:

Beef salad with red ants

Salad Binladen

Dove on fire

Sour morning glory soup with snake head fish

Fried poisean (Bad spelling or bad dish? You be the judge)

Fried appendiox  chicken with pepper (bad spelling…?)

Fried mama (don’t want to know)

Oh my goodness! Which one did you decide upon? Those people don’t really eat that stuff, do they???? What an incredible experience you are having! You will never be the same again! Wish I were there….George Puckett is in the hospital, ICU/Wyandotte. He is being built up as his platelett level is very, very low, and he is losing more weight. Please pray for him and Sandy and family during your prayer time. In the meantime, we are praying for continued safety and wonderful God-sightings and memories…well done good and faithful servants!

How about fried spiders? Has anybody tried something adventurous?
I’ll bet Cambodians would think hamburgers are disgusting. :)

I’m so glad Carol Larson sent this out to the women’s group, I had no idea you all were blogging! I just caught up and shed a few tears and then prayed heartily. I’m living vicariously through you all and want you to know that many are lifting you up in prayer. Keep up the good work and keep smiling and giving to those precious little girls.
